Selected financial data

Auditor は Selected financial data についての Report の Engagement をかわすことができる。

Selected financial data とは、Audited financial statements に Contain している Client-prepared document に含まれている Data。

Auditor が Report する Selected financial data は、Audited financial statements に Derive している Data に Limited される。

Responsibility

Management は Selected financial data を Present するかどうかの Determing の Responsibility をもつ。

必ずしも Basic financial statement の一部として含めることは要求されてはいない。

Reporting

Selected financial data の Report は、Audited financial statements の Report に Refer。

• The auditor has audited and expressed an opinion on the complete financial statements
• The type of opinion expressed
• Whether, in the auditor’s opinion, the information set forth in the selected financial data is fairly stated in all material respects in relation to the complete financial statements from which it has been derived.

Selected financial data は、Audit report の Opinion paragraph の後に Additional paragraph をつけて記載することもある。
