サプライサイド経済学。Supply が強ければ経済が成長するという Supply 大好き人によるマクロ経済学の考え方。

Supply curve を Right に Shift させることにより、National income（国民所得）を増加させ、Price を下げる。

Progressive tax structure（累進課税）は、Investment の増加を Disincentive（妨げている）とし、Tax cut（減税） を推進し、Private investment（民間投資）の活性化をねらう。
