Transaction data を Collecting して Sorting することで、Day-to-Day-operation を Support する。

Processing

Processing される Data は、Cash の Disbursements や Receipts などさまざまな Transaction があり、これらの Transaction により、科目ごとの Master files が更新されていく。

Purchase cycle

仕入に関連する Cycle。Supplier との Interaction から Goods and Services の Receive、Payment の実行まで。

Purchase requisition

購入申込書。社内に提出する Formal document。Approval を与えられた Purchase requisition により Purchase order が発行される。

この Control により、Ordering unneeded goods の Risk を Avoid することができる。

Purchase order

Vender から Goods を購入するために Vender に提出する発注書。

Receiving report

受け取った Goods に間違いがないことを報告する Inspection report。 Delivery、Date、Shipper、Supplier、Purchase order number などが記載される。

Vendor invoice

Vendor、Seller が Buyer に発行する Invoice 。

Voucher systems

Purchase order 、Receiving report 、Vendor invoice などの Vouchers を Matching 。

Unauthorized payment の Control の助けになる。

Vender creation

Accounting system に Vender の Account を作成すること。Vender creation の Control がしっかりしていないと Employee が勝手に Vender を登録して Fraud に使われる。

Workforce inventory

Department ごとの Employee の List。Employee の Terminations や Role changes が発生したら、ただちに更新して確認する。

Position ごとに作成される Qualifications、Budgeted salary、Position status の List 。Workforce planning や Career development.に役立つ。

また、Employee に適切に Salary が払われているか確認ができる。

Skills inventory report

Employee とその Skill の List 。Workforce planning と Career development に役立つ。

Cumulative earnings register

Employee の Year to date（年初来） の Gross pay、Net pay、Deductions が Accumulate 。Cumulative earnings register を Review することで、Pay rate の Accuracy を Determine 。

Form 941

Form 941 は連邦給与税報告書。Quarterly に Withholding tax（源泉所得税）を IRS に Report 。

Form 941 を Review することで、Payroll tax の Withheld と Paid を把握できる。

収益に関連する Cycle。Supplier との Interaction から Goods and Services の Provide、Cash の Receive まで。

Bill of lading

通称、B/L。船荷証券。Shipment の Terms を Specify する Legal document。Goods の Receive 時には B/Lと Matching を行う。

Product の製造に必要 Components（部品） の List 。Components の Number、Description、Quantity が Specify される。

Materials transfer ticket

Raw materials の Storeroom から Production までの Transfer  を Authorize 。 Goods の Lost 、Stolen 、Damaged を確認できる。Materials requisition ともよばれる。

Move ticket

Parts（部品）の Production processes 内での Transfer を Identify 。Bar code や RFID などの Technology が用いられるようになっている。
