Agreed upon procedures -Reportの使用はLimited
Agreed upon procedures 、Attestation engagement での Report のひとつ。Specified parties (特定の当事者) と Agree (合意) した Procedures を Perform。
たとえば、ある Client が Bank に Loan を申請したとする。
それを受けて Bank は、Collateral の Verification の Procedures を Client に要求する。
Client は、この Procedures の Perform を CPA に依頼する。
この Procedures が Agreed upon procedures 。
そして、Client と Bank が Specified parties 。
CPA は Report を Issue し、Perform した Procedures を List にして Findings(結果) を記載する。Examination や Review と違って、Assurance を提供しない。Opinion の代わりに Findings を示す。

CPA と Specified parties の合意。Perform する Procedures や Findings の Determination に使用する Criteria について決めておく。
Independence
Practitioner（実行者）となる CPAには Independence（独立性）がなければならない。
Responsibility
Procedures の Sufficiency の Responsibility は、Specified parties が負う。
Restriction
作成した Report は Limited use となり使用は制限される。
Standards
準拠する Standards は、AICPA による Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 。
Report では、AICPA の Standards に依っていることを記載する。

Audit engagement から Agreed upon procedures engagement に、Reasonable な justification をもって変更したとき、Audit engagement に対しての Reference を Report に示さない。
ただし、変更前の Audit engagement のときに Perform した Procedures に対して、Report で Refer することはできる。

Responsibility
Procedure が Sufficiency であるかについて、Responsibility は Specified parties にあることを記す。
The sufficiency of these procedures is solely the responsibility of the party specified in this report.
Standard
AICPA による Attestation standards に基づいて行っていることを記載する。
This agreed upon procedures engagement was conducted in accordance with attestation standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Not examination or review
Examination や Review を Conduct していない。Opinion や Conclusion は Express しない。
We were not engaged to and did not conduct an examination or review, the objective of which would be the expression of an opinion or conclusion …
Accordingly, we do not such an opinion or conclusion.

Additional procedures について記載。
Had we performed additional procedures, other matters might have come to our attention that would have been reported to you.
Limited use
Report の Information と Use は Specified parties に限定していることを最後に書いておく。
This report is intended solely for the information and use of the XXX and is not intended to be and should not be used by anyone other than this specified party.
Date
Agreed upon procedure の Report の Date は、Agreed upon procedures が Completion した日。
